MR MICHAEL KONG FENG NIAN APPOINTED AS THE NEW CHAIRMAN OF SARAWAK CVLB
KUCHING, February 16 – The new appointed Sarawak’s Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board (CVLB) Chairman, Mr. Michael Kong Feng Nian held his inaugural meeting with the Director and senior officers of Sarawak CVLB located at Sarawak CVLB Headquarters, 12th Floor, Bangunan Sultan Iskandar, Jalan Simpang Tiga, this morning.
Mr. Michael Kong, a legal practitioner at one of the law firms in Kuching has been appointed as the Chairman of Sarawak CVLB for three years effective from 10 January 2024.
In the meeting session, he was given a briefing session on the policy and direction of Sarawak CVLB which was delivered by its Director, Mrs. Cornelia Wong Chui.
Also present in the meeting session were the Deputy Director of Sarawak CVLB, Mr. Razami Mohamad Jamali; Senior Assistant Director (Licensing Division), Mrs. Rosidah Mohtar; Senior Assistant Director (Strategic Planning Division), Mr. Abang Zulkarnain Abang Haji Ibrahim; Legal Officer, Mrs. Jacqueline Charlie and Sarawak CVLB officers.
